Birthday Experience Option – self catering

We cater to groups of up to 14 players with a great selection of ideas that deliver excellent value. For groups larger than 14 players, please contact us for more information. Birthday groups for kids under 12 years, please see our all inclusive party option to suit this age group.

1 Hour Game Experience (Hunting Bigfoot) + Party Space + photobooth keepsake!

 

Standard inclusions we provide

• 1 hour of captivating puzzle play in our Hunting Bigfoot Room only
• Use of our photo booth after the game, ensuring all guest receive a photobooth keepsake!
• A dedicated concierge to manage your birthday event
• Party table set up with all plates, cups, napkins, table covers and cutlery for up to 14 players
• Cordial and water provided to participants.
• Private space (for party guests only) for celebrating after the game – up to 45 mins
• We clean up the mess afterwards, leaving you to enjoy the rest of the day!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We are unable to heat food or provide ovens, we can provide limited fridge space if required.

We can suggest to order Dominos pizza or Oporto for pick up (both located on Pulteney St – a 2 min walk) as an easy hot food option.

Players must all be 13 years and over to play without an adult. Anyone under the age of 13 using a child ticket, entering the room, must have 1 x participating adult responsible for supervising a team.

Groups up to 7 players will play as one team, groups 8 players and more will be divided into two competing teams, playing head to head.

If both rooms have under 13 year old players, then 2 adults are required to supervise, one per team.

• We do not recommend this option for really young audiences due to the difficulty level of the escape room (10yrs + recommended)
• This escape room is located up one flight of stairs, with no wheelchair access.
• Space is limited and our party room can only accommodate a small number of people. We recommend visiting one of the local cafes or Rundle Mall while waiting in the city.

 

PRICING

Standard game pricing + $150 party room hire (Hire includes: Party table set up and pack down with all plates, cups, napkins, table covers and cutlery, cordial and water and private party space hire for celebrating after the game – up to 45 mins and use of fridge to keep food cold – limited space available)
